# Run a Test in Tosca

{% hint style="warning" %}
Make sure that you set the PIPELINE with `--labid` parameter
{% endhint %}

After you have created a FOOTPRINTS scheduled task, the next step is to configure Tosca so that when you run a test, the execution is associated with your SeaLights app’s latest Build Modification. You can do this as follows:

### Configure Tosca Cloud playlist with Sealights Lab ID <a href="#toc201668106" id="toc201668106"></a>

1. Configure your Tosca Cloud workspace to work with Sealights.:
   1. Go to integrations
   2. Select Sealights
   3. Enter Sealights Agent Token
2. Configure Tosca Playlist to run with Sealights Test Optimization:
   1. Go to a playlist you wish to integrate with Sealights
   2. In the Configuration tab, under Parameters, enter the following values:
      1. **SeaLightsLabId = `labid configured in the pipeline set command`**
      2. **SeaLightsOptimization** = **true**

{% hint style="danger" %}
**Careful! Playlist Configuration parameters are case sensitive!**
{% endhint %}

### Run the test <a href="#toc201668108" id="toc201668108"></a>

You can now run a test in Tosca. If the test executes any ABAP components in the latest Build Modification for your SeaLights app, you’ll see the test coverage in your app’s Coverage Report.

{% hint style="info" %}
**Note:** It takes some time for SeaLights to process the Footprints data.
{% endhint %}

The following Coverage Report for Pipeline **HH\_SLABAPCLI\_170625** shows that Function **YCD\_GET\_MATL\_PRICES** and Program **YCDMAINPROG** have code that’s covered by a Tosca test.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://docs.sealights.io/knowledgebase/setup-and-configuration/sealights-agents-and-plugins/abap-agent/test-tool-integrations/tosca/run-a-test-in-tosca.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
